Privacy policy
On catering.jeste.cz we only collect personal data through the request form (the order ticket). This page explains what we do with it.
Who processes your data

What data we process
Your name, phone and e-mail, and details of your event: type of event, date, location, number of guests, chosen formats and your note. For dietary restrictions and allergies, please only give us the number of guests, not their names.
Why and on what legal basis
We need the data to prepare an offer for you and arrange the event. This is a step taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), so no separate consent is needed. If we agree on an order, we continue to use the data to fulfil the contract and meet our accounting and tax obligations.
We don't sell your data and don't use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for 24 months after they're sent, then delete them automatically. If a request becomes an order, we keep the related data for as long as accounting and tax laws require.
Who has access
Requests are handled by our team. For technical operation we use these processors:
- Google (Google Sheets and Gmail): storing the request and delivering the e-mail,
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages): website hosting (technical data such as IP addresses in server logs),
- Ecomail.cz: sending our e-mail newsletter, only if you have given consent (name and e-mail).
These providers may process data outside the EU, for example in the USA. Such transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
News by e-mail
If you tick the news box in the order ticket, we occasionally send you e-mails with news from the Ještě group. This is a separate, voluntary consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); we handle your request the same way without it. For this purpose we only use your name and e-mail and keep them until you withdraw your consent. You can withdraw it at any time via the link in every e-mail or by writing to catering@jeste.cz.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies and no analytics tools.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to catering@jeste.cz. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
